Items eligible for returns must be in original, unused condition with ALL original tags and must be returned within 10 days of the CONFIRMED DELIVERY day of the package. (This is the date that your tracking # says the package was delivered).
Jewelry, accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE.
Refunds can only be issued in the form of an online store credit.
Returned items should be unused and unworn with ALL original tags still attached and the return authorization form should be included. If your return meets our return policy, we will email you information on using your store credit within 2-3 business day of receiving your return.
If you believe we have shipped the wrong color, size, or defective merchandise you must contact us within 2 days of receipt to get any issues resolved.
Any worn or damaged clothing cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you a store credit, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your store credit to purchase that item. Yay!
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date (the date they were delivered to you, not ordered), unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the items using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Shipping charges are only covered for defective items or if we sent you the wrong item.
Please also note we will provide a full refund for an item, only if it is defective, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
It is the customer's responsibility to follow the care instructions provided on the inside tag of each item purchased. elle & k boutique is not responsible for any items that may become damaged in the wash or dryer.
