Yes! USPS First Class Postage is offered for free to customers in the USA. You can also upgrade your shipping for a small fee. More details on shipping can be found here.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Shipping to Canada is offered at checkout for $24. Email us for a shipping quote for any other international purchases.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info for your order. If there is an issue with your order being delivered, please contact USPS so they can help track down your package (1-800-275-8777). We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Shipping insurance is available through USPS at checkout.
MY ORDER ALREADY SHIPPED, BUT I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS. CAN YOU FIX THIS?
If your package is still in transit, you may be able to reroute it through USPS. If the package is delivered to the wrong address because of a shipping address mistake on the customers end, we are not responsible. If the package is returned to us, we can resend it but, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs incurred.
I BOUGHT AN ITEM ON SALE BUT IT DOESN'T FIT, CAN I RETURN IT?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. We suggest ebay or gifting your purchase to a friend!
I HAVE A COUPON! WHAT CAN I USE IT ON?
Coupons may be used on many items in our boutique but they do have exclusions. Bourbon & Boweties are always excluded from coupons per B&B's company policy.
I LOVE AN ITEM, BUT IT'S SOLD OUT! WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?
We order all of our items in limited quantities so we can constantly be bringing you new items to love. Keep this in mind when you find a dress, top or piece of jewelry you can't live without because once it's gone, we might not get it back! But, in some cases, we do do restocks! Be sure to follow us on Facebook & Instagram so you don't miss a restock.
WHEN WILL I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after your order is placed. If you placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation, your order most likely did not go through. The #1 reason orders don't go through is because the shipping zip code was entered as the billing zip.
MY CARD WAS CHARGED BUT MY ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH. WHAT'S GOING ON?
If you did not receive an order confirmation but you attempted to place an order, you will most likely see a pre-authorization charge on your bank statement. This is not an actual charge, but an attempt to make a charge. The pre-authorizations go away in 2-4 days depending on your bank. The #1 reason orders don't go through is because the shipping zip code was entered as the billing zip.
I GOT A HOLE IN MY SHIRT WHEN I RIPPED THE TAG OFF, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, no. We recommend using scissors to remove our hang tags as many of the fabrics in our clothes are very delicate.
i CUT A HOLE IN MY ITEM WHEN I OPENED MY PACKAGE, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, no. It is the buyers responsibility to carefully open their packages. All of our pink packaging has an easy to open "pull" to tear open the package so no scissors are required.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS IF THE ITEM(S) I BOUGHT WENT ON SALE?
We offer in store credit price adjustments with in 7 days of purchase. Please email customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your first and last name and/or order number and they will issue an in store credit for the difference in price.
